How long does delivery take?
You can expect to receive your orders 2-4 days after placing your order!

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs $3.80, island-wide in Singapore. You are entitled to free delivery when you spend $100 and above. For international shipping, feel free to email us for more information.

Do you accept returns, exchange & refunds?
Due to healthy, hygiene and safety reasons, all items delivered are non exchangeable/ refundable. This is strictly so amidst the Covid-19 outbreak.

We will only except return, exchange or refund for wrong items sent/ manufacturing defects. 

Warranty and repairs?
We guarantee you jewellery free of manufacturing defects, 14 days upon receiving your item. This includes, broken, missing or loose parts. Manufacturing defects do not include every day wear and tear, scratching, damage due to improper storage or cleaning.

For loose parts, we provide free repair services 30 days after delivery. Otherwise, charges may be applied.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
To maintain the beauty of your jewellery, we recommend removing them before exercising, swimming, showering and sleeping. Please be sure to avoid contain with harsh chemicals and perfumes.
