Free Delivery: For orders $120 and above
International Shipping
We ship via Qxpress for all international orders with shipping cost dependent on the weight of your package. All orders will come with a tracking number which will be sent via an email once the parcel has been dispatched.

Customs and Regulations
Délica Jewellery will not be liable for any additional postal charges, taxes, customs or import duties once the parcel has reached the destination country, all of which should be paid by the recipient. Should the recipient refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, they will be fully liable for all postal charges, return shipment costs, custom charges and handling fee.
The recipient is also responsible for checking for checking of local postal regulations for restricted items. Délica Jewellery will not be held responsible for any items not accepted into the country.
Duration
Delivery duration and timings are subjected to Qxpress, Délica Jewellery will be unable to assume any responsibility for any delays. Délica Jewellery will not be liable for any lost or damaged items once they have been delivered to the desginated delivery address.
Open Box
An "open box" allows you to have your items from multiple orders across our store to be consolidated and shipped together in a single parcel, helping to save on delivery cost. This option is open for both international and local orders.
You get to enjoy an open box duration of 30 days from when your first order is made. Your orders will be shipped out when you're ready to do so (email us at delica.jewellery@gmail.com), or when your 30 days are up.
